For pubs, check out James Joyce, just at the bottom of the hill from the hostel, near te cathedral - authentic Irish bar. For clubbing, the gay quarter near Hotel de Ville was a great night out. |

Its worth a trip to the basilica, even if it is uphill, and the greek ruins are also not far from the hostel. Check out the many parks too. |
